People have become so preoccupied, that they "see through" others because they are so involved with themselves they become oblivious to all else. Communism in my opinion is more of a societal structure (I'm sure there are a million different views on it) and so I'm not going to get into a discussion here on that. I was talking about an individual level, being personally accountable and looking within yourself to make a change.
